Policies and Caterers<\/h1>

Parking<\/h5>\n

A city-owned public parking garage is attached to the facility. MAC does not guarantee, provide, or validate parking for any facility-use event.
\nPre-paid parking arrangements can be made through Parking Authority of River City (PARC)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Equipment<\/h5>\n

Tables and chairs are available free for use, included in a rental
\n400+ padded folding chairs
\n60-inch round tables (each table seats 8 to 10 people)
\n6-foot rectangular tables
\nStanding cabaret tables
\nSmall cabaret tables<\/p>\n

Dance floor, riser, and uplighting are available for an additional cost, based on event venue.<\/p>\n

All equipment is subject to availability.<\/p>\n

Use of one of the following approved professional caterers is required for all private events hosted at the Muhammad Ali Center.<\/p>\n

Alcohol<\/h5>\n

Guests may not bring their own alcohol into MAC or take alcohol out of MAC. Only an approved licensed caterer with a catering liquor license with proof of all required permits may serve and transport alcohol.<\/p>\n

Prohibited Items<\/h5>\n

MAC is a smoke and flame-free facility, including but not limited to sparklers, candles, and fog machines. A full list of prohibited items is provided upon rental inquiry.<\/p>\n

The use of the MAC logo and\/or images of the Center for purposes of invitations, programs, postcards, or other promotional material used for private events must be approved by the MAC Communications Manager.<\/p>\n

Event Space Limitations<\/h5>\n

No food or beverages on the View Pointe North balcony.
